How do I buy online?
It’s a real piece of cake!
Simply search for an activity or gift certificate on our web site.
Once you’ve found what you’re looking for you’ll see a simple 3 stage process on the right hand side of the product description page.
Stage 1 – Choose whether you are giving it as a gift or booking a time for yourself.
Stage 2 – If you are booking the activity for yourself here is where you select your date and time. If you are buying as a gift you don’t need to do anything here as the gift voucher will be open dated (the recipient can call us at a later stage to book their own date).
Stage 3 – Select the quantity you’d like to buy along with any options.
Then Click on “Proceed”
Now you can review your shopping cart, from here either continue shopping or proceed to the “Checkout”.
At this point if you have used out site before you'll just need to log in so we can recall your details, if you're a first time user simply complete all fields with your contact details and click "continue".
Once on the checkout page if you are booking the activity for yourself you simply enter your delivery details. If you are buying a gift voucher you’ll also have the opportunity to enter the recipients details…you can also add a personalised message and have the email gift voucher sent directly to them if you prefer.
All that’s left to do is enter your credit card details and click “Proceed”, your purchase will be processed in real-time, please allow up to 90 seconds for this to take place.
Once your order has been accepted we will send you a tax invoice and confimation via email along with everything you will need for the day.
Do I have to buy online and use a credit card?
Not at all, you can give us a call on 1300 – GO PLAY (1300-46-7529) and we can help you make a booking over the phone, you can also make payment with Bpay, PayPal, or make a deposit at any ANZ branch.
I’ve been given a Gift Voucher, how do I use it?
It’s real easy, just click on “Redeem” at the top of the page (the top line of navigation next to “About Us”). Then either log in if you have used our site before or enter your details if you’re a new user. Then simply enter your voucher number and choose your dates. That’s it, you’re done! You’ll receive everything you need in an email sent to your nominated email address.
I’ve been given a Gift Certificate for a dollar value (eg $100), how do I use it?
Easy as pie. Just search our web site until you find just the right activity. Then follow the process as if you were going to purchase the product, when you get to the checkout page you will see half way down the option to enter a gift certificate number, enter it here and click to active it. The total amount owing for the purchase will reduce by the value of your gift certificate. If your Gift Certificate has a value higher than your purchase the remaining value will be available for you to use on a future purchase in the same way.
I’ve made a booking, can I change it?
In some cases you can however there will likely be a rebooking fee, most suppliers require between one and two weeks notice to change a booking, give us a call on 1300-GO PLAY and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I’m only available for one day, what if my activity is rained out or cancelled?
If you only have limited flexibility to attend your activity then it’s a good idea to include the Ticket Insurance that is made available when purchasing your ticket. If you have insurance and your activity was cancelled by the supplier you would be entitled to a refund of the activity cost should you not be able to attend on another date. My tickets, voucher, or confirmation didn’t arrive in my email, what do I do?
First thing to do is check your spam or bulk box as sometimes mail servers mistaken them as spam because the email is created automatically. Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo email accounts are worst effected. If you still do not see it then that’s still no problem, simply click “My Stuff” at the top of the page on our web site and log in. Once logged in you can follow the link to your “purchase history” and your “booking confirmations”, you’ll be able to download all your information from there.
