What happens:
On the Flycoaster you will experience a 13 storey high freefall exceeding 130kph in 1.3 seconds from a giant pendulum swing right in Surfers Paradise. You’ll get the best views from the centre of Surfers Paradise and down the Gold Coast.
You’ll receive a short brief on what to expect and what to do as you’ll need to pull your own ripcord, once at the top. You’ll be safely harnessed into a special Hang glider Flight Harness, locked on and then hoisted up 35 meter high. Once up the top you will have to activate a release cord which will send you diving towards the ground getting to speeds of up to 130kmp.
You’ll get within 2 metres off the ground before souring up to 30 metres high into the sky again. Once you’ve gone through the initial adrenalin rush of hurtling towards earth, you’ll be able to enjoy the views of the Gold Coast as you swoop through the air, till you come back down to a stop.
This experience is a great moment of your stay on the Gold Coast and you choice to go at it alone or you can go up with up to 3 riders for that team effort.
